At The Enchanted Jar, every parcel is sent with care, love, and a sprinkle of magic. Please read below for all the details about how your enchanted goods arrive safely at your door.

Processing Times

All orders are made to order or in small, ready-to-ship batches. Please allow 3–5 business days for us to prepare your package. During high-volume times (seasonal launches, holidays), this may extend slightly — thank you for your patience as we craft your items with intention.

Shipping Methods & Rates

We ship via trusted carriers such as FedEx and UPS, with tracking provided. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on a flat rate

  • Currently, we only ship within the United States. 

Within a certain radius in Georgia, there is an option for drop-off. 

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your parcel’s magical journey. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Lost or Delayed Packages

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, once a package leaves our hands, delays due to weather, carrier issues, or postal disruptions are beyond our control.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please email us within 3 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the damage. We’ll replace or refund the item as needed.

Delivery Address

Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order. We are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect addresses. If an error is noticed after placing the order, contact us immediately to correct it.

    At The Enchanted Jar, we strive to use 100% natural ingredients whenever possible. However, some of our products feature carefully selected fragrance oils to achieve scents not available in essential oil form. These fragrances are always phthalate-free, skin-safe, and chosen with your well-being in mind — offering a delightful aroma while honoring our commitment to gentle, mindful self-care.
  • What’s Your Return/Refund Policy?
    Due to the handmade and hygienic nature of our products, we cannot accept returns. However, if there’s an issue with your order, we’ll make it right

    Many of our blends are formulated with gentle carriers and essential oils, but we always recommend patch testing first. Each listing includes ingredient details.
  • What’s The Difference Between Essential Oils and Fragrance Oils?
    Essential oils are plant-based extracts known for their natural therapeutic properties. Fragrance oils are aromatic blends that allow for a wider variety of scents — especially florals and sweet blends not found in nature. We only use phthalate-free, skin-safe fragrance oils, and each product description lists the type used.
  • Are Your Oils Greasy or Fast-Absorbing
    Our body oils are crafted to be lightweight and nourishing. We use carrier oils like Jojoba, Almond, and Grapeseed, which absorb easily into the skin without leaving a heavy or sticky residue.
  • Do Your Products Have Preservatives?
    Our oil-based products do not require preservatives and are made without water to ensure longevity. We recommend storing them in a cool, dry place and using them within 6–12 months for maximum freshness.
  • Can I Use These Products During Pregnancy?
    Some essential oils should be avoided during pregnancy. While many of our blends are gentle, we recommend consulting with your healthcare provider before use and patch-testing any new product.
  • Who Do Some Products Cost More Than The Others In That Category?
    Due to some factors such as premium ingredients and sourcing methods, some products have an increased price. However, we always strive to offer fair pricing that reflects the value and craftsmanship of each item.

All Sales Are Final 

Because our products are handcrafted, small-batch, and often personal care items, all sales are final. This helps us maintain the integrity, freshness, and safety of every creation.

Please note: minor natural variations (such as scent strength or oil color) may occur due to the nature of essential oils and small-batch crafting — these do not qualify as defects.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing it. After that, the magic may already be in progress and cancellations cannot be guaranteed.
